Founder & Attorney
Sharon Goldzweig is an accomplished ERISA, employee benefits, and tax attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising large organizations, government agencies, and private clients. Before founding The Goldzweig Law Group, she served as Senior In-House ERISA/Employee Benefits Counsel at Con Edison for nearly two decades, supporting over 17,000 employees and retirees. Sharon also has experience through roles at Zurich Insurance, Axiom, and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, providing high-level counsel on retirement planning, benefits design, and regulatory compliance. She holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law as well as an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

Senior Paralegal
Connor Eckert is a skilled senior paralegal supporting The Goldzweig Law Group across research, compliance, and client-facing operations. He assists with retirement plan analysis, Secure Choice compliance, legal research, document drafting, and the firm’s digital and administrative infrastructure. With experience in judicial research, legal tech, and ERISA-focused project management, Connor brings strong analytical ability, precision, and a solutions-driven mindset to every matter. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex benefits and compliance requirements with clarity and confidence. He holds a BA degree from Vanderbilt University.
